Compared with the traditional stamping and welding processes, integrated die casting can significantly improve production efficiency and reduce costs.

Die-cast factories such as Wencan Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hongtu, and Tuopu Group purchase large-scale die-cast machines, and the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain will start collaborative research and development; in 2022, Volvo, FAW, Changan and other traditional car factories have also begun to follow; the trend of integrated die casting is becoming obvious. 2022 will become the first year of integrated die casting.

However, they were often used in structural parts such as automobile shock towers, front beams, and longitudinal beams due to the relatively poor quality of die-cast parts, expensive die-cast machines and molds. Using the die-cast process to produce large-scale integrated automotive structural parts directly increases the difficulty. On the one hand, higher requirements are put forward for the design and production of large-scale die-cast machines and molds; on the other hand, the structure of large-scale structural parts is complex, and it is necessary to overcome the contradiction that the product strength needs to be improved by heat treatment, but at the same time, it is easy to produce deformation and bubbles. Therefore, it is an inevitable requirement to develop a material that does not require heat treatment, has good strength and toughness, good fluidity and is easy to die-cast.
A few days ago, Founder Securities estimated the sales volume of integrated die-cast equipment, the market size of integrated die castings, super-large die-cast machines, and aluminum die casting. It is expected to reach 4.28 million units in the short and medium term, and 22.05 million units in the long term; for parts, it is expected to reach 40.5 billion in the short and medium term, and 261.4 billion in the long term; for equipment, it is expected to reach 7.8 billion in the short-term and 57.3 billion in the long-term; for the material, it is expected to reach 272.6 billion RMB in the short and medium term, and 442.4 billion RMB in the long term.
