Apple Inc. wants to establish a complete supply chain for auto parts.
Recently, Apple Inc. is negotiating with many Asian manufacturers, hoping to establish a complete  supply chain for auto parts. Apple Inc. has contacted a number of South Korean electric auto parts manufacturers on the automotive project, including LG, SK Group, Hyundai Motor and Hanwha Group. In addition, Apple Inc. also held talks with Chinese lithium battery suppliers, including BYD and CATL. Apple Inc. seems to want to establish a complete supply chain for electric automobiles in Asia by designing and developing the product in the United States and then assembling it to a complete vehicle in the OEM, which is also similar to Apple Inc.'s arrangement in the consumer electronics field.
 
The first cooperation car of Horizon and Nezha Automobile will be mass-produced and launched next year.

SK Innovation will spend 6.6 billion RMB to build a battery factory in China.
According to foreign media reports, global automakers are turning to electric vehicles in order to meet the requirements for environmental regulations, leading to an increase in the demand for electric vehicle batteries. South Korean battery manufacturer SK Innovation will spend 1.2 trillion KRW (about 6.68 billion RMB) to build a new battery plant in China.

SK Innovation stated that this investment was in line with the development trend of the automotive industry. SK Innovation provides batteries for electric vehicles to companies such as Ford, Volkswagen and Hyundai, and has battery production bases in the United States, Hungary, China and South Korea. However, SK Innovation has not disclosed the specific details of the building plan. According to data, in July of this year, SK Innovation had stated that its goal was to increase its annual battery production capacity to 200 GWh by 2025, which was an increase of 60% from the previously announced target (125 GWh). SK Innovation's current annual production capacity is 40 GWh.

Mitsubishi Motors will build a new car assembly plant in Bangladesh as part of the company's expansion plan in Southeast Asia. On September 2, Mitsubishi and Bangladeshi State-owned Steel Engineering Corporation (BSEC) signed a memorandum of understanding, and the two parties will conduct a feasibility study on business opportunities to determine when to build the plant. This study will be completed in 2025.

It is understood that the cornerstone auto parts manufacturing project of Shaanxi Cornerstone Technology Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. signed this time covers an area of 35 acres, a planned construction area of 18,000 square meters, has a total investment of 200 million RMB, an annual output value of 300 million RMB after it is put into operation, taxation of profit of 6.5 million RMB, offering 100 jobs and mainly producing auto parts and robot joint reducers. The implementation of the project will play a positive role in accelerating the development of the park's auto parts industry and forming a competitive industrial cluster.
